Images and Tour Hosting
-Images shall be considered any photograph, 360-degree photograph or video used to create your Home Imaging Tour.
-All images captured during a scheduled shoot are the rights of Home Imaging Tours. Our clients maintain full use of these images for the life of the listing.
-Links to our virtual tours will only be provided to our clients for their use and web sites, we do not provide links to third party web sites or businesses (unless requested by the ordering agent).
-Tours will be hosted on our servers for the life of the listing.

Scheduling and Package Pricing
-Scheduling can be made with property owner or their Realtor.
-Our package prices include one visit to the property, additional fees may apply for return visits, including requests for evening shoots, return visits do to weather, remodeling or other situations out of the control of Home Imaging Tours.
-A mileage charge of .50 cents per mile may be applied for properties outside of the Lincoln metro area.
-Home Imaging Tours requests that all properties are photo ready(i.e. as they would be for an open house or showing) at the time of the scheduled shoot. If the property is not ready and re-scheduling is needed additional fees may be applied.

Payment
-Unless prior arrangements have been made the following will apply:
-Payment is due at or before the time of the scheduled shoot.
-A $20.00 late fee may be applied to any invoice over thirty days past due.
-Prices and fees are subject to change at anytime for any reason.
